Hi i was evicted as of the 15th of last month, in california. I got a 60 day notice as i lived there for 4 yrs?

This couple bought our property 4-5 months prior. they hired re/max to be our rental manager. they demanded me to sign the new lease by one day or would evict me based on defiance. i asked my old realty place. they stated by law i have thirty days. when i told remax guy that, he claimed dont listen to them. they are out of the picture. i firmly stated by law i have 30 days, i will get this to you when i read the fine print. he stated he will find a way to evict me. now might i add, on the new contract they have a new date on rent payment 3 days earlier. on the Second instead of the 5th. and if your late a 50 dollar fee. on the new contracted that the new managment signed, i put all the damage, windows, carpet, vynle, how it was filthy when i moved in. the next month. because i became temp disabled. there where major clerical errors on the state of california on my payments. i went almost 4 months without money. the first month i had in savings. second month i called and explained my situation. ( might i add they have been jerks. i had broght to there attention illegal hook ups with the hot water heater. which was hooked up to two units. including the laundry room. he first tryed to evict me from the laundry room. whichhad my dryer in it. second he did not let me have access to a garage, which my bedroom door was connected to it. there where no locks, so anyone could just break in. or my safty was at jeperdy. when i called him. he stated " what your afraid someones going to rape your candy ***". he never did anything about it. also. in my lease. im suppose to have a gardner. he never gardened my area but did the front tenant. he would call me a bumb etc. had a worker get in my face and say he was going to hit me and he would mess me up.) back to the story. so i asked for twenty days. and id pay the late fee. they never cashed my chec till the 20th anyways, so i can prove it wasnt a burden on them. on the 24th. i had a three day pay or wuit. i payed withen the time
