Hot To Recover Windows 7 Password?

I Want to Recover My windows 7 Administrator Password. I can access only Guest account with limited Privileges(like I cannot install anything or open C drive etc. )Is there any software that can bypass the password screen or recover administrative password???? PLEASE HELP!
