How to negotiate hourly wage?

I've applied at a job that offers an hourly wage between $8-12 per hour, it's mainly front desk and customer service with a little bit of labor here and there. I have 2 1/2 years of customer service, two months of administrative work, and I always go above and beyond than what's asked of me. How do I negotiate for a higher pay (currently I'm being paid 8) and how much?
