What is a good detox to get all foreign stuff out of my system?

I have been told by a local Gardner that the weed i was smoking could have pesticides in it because it was causing chest discomfort and palpitations, whats a good detox i can take to flush out the pesticides from my system? im hoping that will help me feel better now that iv stopped smoking the garbage herb.
