How to get a Lab report from a 10 panel drug screen?

I need to get a Laboratory Report from a 10-panel Urinalysis drug screen. Do I just go into my normal doctor (which I would rather not do). Its for a License Administrative Review, if anyone has had to go through this your input would be greatly appreciated.
