I'm 25 and my future isn't looking too bright?

Military will pay down to EVERY last penny that you need for your education. Hell, you can even join the national guard on a 3 year contract and you are only technically a soldier one weekend a month and 2 weeks straight a year. thats like 38 days a year, 114 for the whole contract of 3 years and all of your college will be paid for. You can become a doctor and they will pay all 8-12 years even tho u only worked for them for 3 years. Also you get paid like 200 bucks a month, its an awesome gig! As far as music I agree that you should get a degree in engineering, the job opportunities for that are endless and you can even work for yourself. If rap/hip hop is of an interest to you and you start engineering let me know and I have a job for you. As far as music in general though, you are going to have to work really hard so dont give up. There is no reason to commit suicide. I dont know if you know who Drake is but he dropped out of school chased his music dreams, lived with his mom until he was like 22 and a year later he was worth 10 million. He was younger then you but u have it a lot better then he did. Good luck to you!
