Rest Report Have You Used It?

I just want to know if rest report has been used for modification and actually got same results as on the report... Even close i would be ok !!! I want a modified loan!i hear www.restreportmatters.com. Has the rest report and another package that makes modifying your loan your lenders idea... They also have Martin Andelman and max gardner apparently along with a bunch of other top heads I'n the industry. I'm dealing with them now just checking around i know they have best price and all reports run through mandelman matters which is rest report matters. Looks good but any extra feedback is appreciated.
