What do I do with my creepy Gardner?

He is the biggest creep I have ever seen. He stares at me constantly, like these weird stares even when it is obvious i'm aware of it, he wants to make eye contact so bad but its so akward I can't even talk to him. He gives me these weird evil glares and grins and keeps talking about porn and how he hasn't got any in so long. I try to avoid him as much as I can. He sits outside my window and creeps on me there, so i have to constantly close the curtains. He looks at me constantly. He really scares me, he is trying so hard, he wants something but i don't know what. what do i do?
